Frequently Asked Questions About Reiki Clinic

We can give students everything they need in a one day intensive Reiki class. Students enjoy the day, everything is taught and they are also given a comprehensive manual. We are always available for our student's  to talk to us and get guidance about giving Reiki. We also supply a recommended reading list for those so inclined.

We get to the essence of Reiki which is very simple. We believe that 2 and 3 day courses for Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 contain a lot of "padding".  This makes this simple system unnecessarily complicated. Making Reiki unnecessarily complicated shows lack of understanding of the system.

It is better for students to get the essence of the system in the course, practice it and have guidance from us as they progress. Reiki can never be used in a negative way and the student can never do anything to cause harm with Reiki, so we see this as an excellent way to proceed.

Why spend a whole two or three days in lectures learning Reiki? In 10 years time I'm sure you will not remember much of what was said at the course, but you will still have Reiki. It is better to get a good solid understanding in the beginning and have guidance as you go along.

This method saves everyone a lot of time and money.

It should also be mentioned that Hawayo Takata (who originally brought Reiki from Japan to the West) taught Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 as one day intensives.

Reiki is continuing to develop, and it has developed into stronger forms such as Karuna Reiki and Joti Reiki.

We know of many different ways of "attuning" someone to the Reiki energy. The Reiki power is exactly the same from each of the ways we know.

Do not listen to people who say that their Reiki attunements are more powerful than other Reiki Master's.

The power in the Reiki attunement does not come from the Reiki Master, it comes from the Universe (God).

We set up a full time Reiki Clinic in Sydney in 1997. While we were setting it up were told by our spiritual guide - who at that time was John the Baptist - that we will be given a new kind of Reiki, and it will be called Joti Reiki (Joti is Sanskrit for bright, divine light).

We went on working with the Reiki Clinic for 7 years or so, and basically forgot about the promised Reiki healing system.

In the middle of the year in 2003 early on a Monday morning, I was given a dream from Sathya Sai Baba, a saint that lives in India today. In the dream I was sitting cross-legged on the floor waiting to have his darshan (Darshan means seeing a saint). He came up to me walking on his knees and he slapped the palms of both my hands with both of his hands.

Later that day when I had a break at work, I felt strongly that Sananda (the spiritual guide we channel now) wanted to talk to me. I channeled Sananda and according to him, the dream was auspicious. Sai Baba walking on his knees meant he was offering respect to me, and when he slapped me on the hands he gave me the power to do Joti Reiki and to pass it on to other people.

From that time onward it took about 3 months for Joti Reiki to fully come into my energy field. We channeled Sananda to get further information on the system of Joti Reiki, and we began teaching it in October of that year at Sananda's suggestion. We have taught it to a few students since. They have all reported that it has phenomenal strength and beauty.

It is a refined system with very clear, uplifting and optimistic energy. The system has 7 Reiki symbols, and they are used with the energy just like other Reiki systems.

Joti Reiki is unusual from other Reiki systems in that it puts the client into a theta brainwave state, which is a very deeply relaxed condition, whereas normal Reiki puts a person in an alpha brainwave state.

In this more relaxed state deeper healing is possible and psychic awareness is enhanced.

5. How Did We Develop Our "Holographic Healing" System?

The Holographic Healing system came from countless channeling sessions for clients. People needed to know how to heal deep subconscious issues they were carrying and even how to delve into past lives to remove "baggage" that was stopping them from healing.
